First Public Reading: Thursday, October 15 in NYC at Urban Stages, home of critically acclaimed productions with one Pulitzer Prize finalist, Outer-Critics Circle Award, two Drama Desk nominations, Obie nomination, Audelco nominations, Two Commercial Moves, and more.
It’s the early 80s in rural Virginia and 15-year-old Louise is driving to Immaculate Conception Girls High School in her friend Marilee’s 1966 Candy Apple Red Mustang. They’re smoking cigarettes, saying the rosary, and talking about their escapades, including Louise’s ongoing trysts with 20-something-year-old Tim in the woods behind the strip mall.
Join us for a free reading Thursday, October 15, 7pm, and find out just how much mischief Louise makes with this man, and how her troubled, frazzled, over-protective mother takes matters into her own hands.
RSVPs strongly suggested!
WHEN: Thursday, October 15, 2026, 7:00 – 9:00 pm ET
